The Village, which has been designated Grayson County’s official museum, and has been described as one of the county’s “Best Kept Secrets.”
The dedicated volunteers are working hard to change that from being a secret to being “the place” to take visitors or for locals to get a good dose of Grayson County Heritage.

Please Read

The Board of Directors made the decision today to re-close the main museum until 09/01/2020.
We will continue to host events, and continue maintaining the homes in our care during this hiatus. The Community room is still available for rental with advanced notice, and we will provide access to the genealogy records through online requests.
I want emphasize to that we are NOT PERMANENTLY CLOSING. We are simply taking time to reorganize during our yearly slow period so that we can offer you the very best Fall program that we have ever had.
We hope to see you at our next event. Please continue watching our Facebook page.
